Roy S. Neff
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO and co-founder of BarterSecurities, Roy Neff brings a combination of top-level management skill and capital market experience to the Company. Mr. Neff was a co-founder of Cooper Neff & Associates, a proprietary trading firm, in 1981. During his tenure the firm grew to 150 employees with operations in New York, Chicago, London, and Tokyo. Trading assets grew from an initial stake of $50,000 to over $400 million. Mr. Neff negotiated the sale of Cooper Neff & Associates to Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) in 1995 and served as Co-CEO of BNP/Cooper Neff, Inc., a subsidiary that was responsible for the derivatives trading business of the bank. Mr. Neff graduated summa cum laude from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, and earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton Graduate Division of the University of Pennsylvania.

Richard B. Himmelstein
Chairman and Chief Operating Officer
Richard Himmelstein brings a strong technological and entrepreneurial background to BarterSecurities. Prior to co-founding BarterSecurities, he was a founder and part owner of Surfside Casual Furniture, headquartered in New Jersey (USA). Mr. Himmelstein was one of the first individuals to vertically integrate furniture sales. He oversaw all aspects of the business, including design and production, and imported furnishings from various countries in the Far East to his own distribution centers in the United States. He personally developed numerous software programs to enhance and support the company's operations. During his tenure, the companys sales growth was substantial, sustaining double digit growth every year over the last five, and more than 23% per year over the last two years. While in college Mr. Himmelstein was recruited by the Federal Systems Division of IBM on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Transportation to take part in the development of the Host Computer System (HCS). The HCS system was a new air routing traffic control system that was replacing the previous antiquated system. He was a member of the quality assurance team that oversaw the development, testing, and ultimate installation of the new system. Mr. Himmelstein graduated summa cum laude from the Richard Stockton College with a Bachelor of Science with Program Distinction in Information and Systems Sciences.
